- KLXS III Rates and Factors Template KLXS III Basic Cost Template KLXS III Phase-In Template KLXS III RFP Portfolio (excludes pricing templates) The National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) Kennedy Space Center (KSC) (hereinafter "The Government") is pleased to release the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Kennedy Exploration Grounds System (EGS) Contract. This RFP replaces the draft RFP, 80KSC018R0006-DRAFT, issued on March 1, 2018, in its entirety. Previous notices regarding KLXS III are: Sources Sought Notice (Reference Number NNK17629624L) and Draft RFP (Reference Number 80KSC018R006-DRAFT). An interested parties list and other KLXS III related information is located at: https://procurement.ksc.nasa.gov/KLXSIII. In accordance with RFP provision L.10, Communications and Requests for Information, questions regarding the RFP must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. KSC local time on April 30, 2018, to allow for analysis and dissemination of responses in advance of the proposal due date. All questions and the Government's response, as well as any amendments to the RFP will be posted to www.FBO.gov under solicitation number 80KSC018R006. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). This RFP neither commits the Government to pay any cost incurred in the submission of the offer or in making necessary studies or designs for preparing the offer, nor to contract for services or supplies. Any cost incurred in anticipation of the contract shall be at the Offeror's own risk.
