Description

Veterans Affairs Seeking Medical Space The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 5,000 usable square feet of medical office space in the Norfolk, Virginia. The space must be handicap accessible in according with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (4 CFR 101-19.6, App A) with onsite parking for minimum of 25 for VA usages. The VA requires a full-service lease for a twenty (20) years total. All proposed space must be within the following delineated area: From the East: I-64; From the South: I-264; From the West: SR 337; From the North: I-60. Interested offerors must contact Lease Contracting Officer Jose Rexach via E-Mail at Jose.Rexach@va.gov. Interested offerors must submit the address, description, available square footage, and photographs of the property. Proof of the proposed property is within the delineated area is required. Contact is required no later than April 27, 2018 by 4:00 pm (Easter Time). The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space. Please note: A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA personnel. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals.
