- This Pre-solicitation notice is for Construction requirements for Schuylkill Haven PA. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 180 days after Notice to Proceed. This is a 100% Small Business acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to build a Dumpster Enclosure and Remove & Install Level 3 Blast Doors as per the Scope of Work. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 226220 and a size standard of $35.5 Million. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-18-Q-1054. The solicitation will be posted on or about 18 April 2018. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
