- Building 1246: Replace all filters on the air compressor Replace the valve leading to the oil/water separator to a 6000 psi valve or the correct valve for the compressor Replace tank regulator Replace tanks Install 160ft to 200ft of 6000psi pipe between maintenance room and Bay A and B Install 2 workstations in Bay A (includes regulators, valve and quick-connect) Install 1 workstation in Bay B (includes regulators, valve and quick-connect) Complete testing of system. Building 1236: Complete Maintenance on the existing compressor. (if major problems are found, provide quote for repair) Quoted repairs are for problems such as: motor, compressor, electronics. Not normal wear such as belts Replace all filters on the air compressor Install tank regulator Replace tanks Connect compressor to existing new line Install 2 stations with regulator, valve and quick-connect Complete testing of system. This solicitation will be extended until Monday April 16th, 2018 @1430 mt in order to facilitate the processing of the site visit information.
