- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis with PAS Technologies, Inc. (CAGE: 4GMJ6) of North Kansas City, MO in accordance with the Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Source Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has submitted a requirement for the remanufacture of Second and Third Stage Low Pressure Compressor (LPC) Vanes. The Rolls Royce Pegasus (F402-RR-408B) Vanes are remanufactured using a proprietary coating process, LW-1N40 flame spray, which is owned by PAS Technologies. Market research has determined that PAS Technologies, Inc. is the only source capable of providing the requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 336413 with a business size of 1,250 employees. The applicable Product Service Code is 1610. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.
