Description

Filter Element, Fluid Subject: The scope of this project is for the procurement of an item procured in IAW Society of Automotive Engineers Drawing # J2321/2-7-F (CAGE 81343). Description : DLA Land and Maritime (Columbus, OH) proposes to enter into a firm-fixed price, long-term indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual dollar value of $440,860.56, which includes fixed-price option years as the approach to adjust prices for future contract periods. This project is comprised of one NSN (4330-00-938-8044), which supports the United States Navy. The purpose of this Acquisition is to provide long-term stock coverage while reducing both administrative and production lead times at economic prices. The solicitation will be issued utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 procedures as a unrestricted with full & open competition. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. On this project, t he Governments delivery requirement for the NSN is 120 days (With First Article waiver) or 210 days (with no First Article waiver). Note: The solicitation opens on May 1, 2018, at that time the solicitation document and attachments will be available in the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).
