- Description
- 1)RF Digital Converter, part number FMC160-1-1-1-1 (Quantity - 4 each). The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Abaca Systems, Inc., 3101 Bee Caves Road, Suite 350, Austin, TX 78746 due to compatibility with custom Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) carrier card because of it's custom pin configurations and voltage levels. Abaco Systems, Inc. is the only known company that provides the required and necessary proprietary mezzanine cards that is full compatible with existing equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however any firms believing that they can provide the product may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893618Q0134 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
