- Amendment 0003 Current Wage Determination Questions & Answers This synopsis is to provide information for a construction contract for on-call roof repair at Tobyhanna Army Depot. ACC-APG, Division E Tobyhanna Branch intends to solicit and award a firm fixed-price contract for the repair work which includes: *Roof repair, to include the following types of work, but not limited to: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin), Built-up, Metal, Fiberglass shingle, Roof deck repairs, Roof Drain replacements and Coating systems. *Eaves to include soffit, fascia in both vinyl and aluminum. *Gutter and downspouts *Snow guards *Carpentry work Estimated magnitude is $500,000 - $1,000,000. NAICS code is 238160 (Roofing Contractors), average annual receipts $15 Million. Solicitation number W25G1V-18-R-0007 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is IAW FAR 4.502, 5.102(d) and 14.101(b). Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after issue date on the Federal Business Opportunities website at the following internet address: https://www.fbo.gov/. At Keyword/Solicitation Number enter W25G1V-18-R-0007 and hit SEARCH. The acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR Parts 15 and 19. Any resultant contract will be Firm Fixed-Price. It is incumbent that any interested sources periodically access the internet site to obtain any amendments. Failure to obtain amendments and/or acknowledge amendments by the time set for receipt of bids may result in rejection of your proposal. All perspective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency and can be found to be responsible in accordance with FAR subpart 9.1 - Responsibility of Prospective Contractors. Actual issue and due dates shall be as established in the solicitation. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract.
