- Amendment 05 Dated 4-13-2018: A protest to the solicitation has been received. The solicitation is suspended until further notice; however, the time and date for receipt of offers will be extended until the protest is concluded. Any past performance questionnaires received after the receipt of the protest will not be acknowledged until the protest is concluded. Amendment 04 Dated 4-9-18: The following amendment extends the RFP to 05/04/2018. Amendment 03 Dated 3-30-18: The following amendment is issued to incorporate a revised PWS and Government responses to Industry questions. Amendment 02 Dated 03-28-18: The following amendment is issued to incorporate a revised PWS. Amendment 01 Dated 3-23-18: The following amendment is issued to incorporate a revised PWS and Government responses to Industry questions. The Government intends to award on initial proposals. The Government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer (CO) determines them to be necessary, and in the best interests of the Government. In such case, if the CO determines that the number of proposals that would otherwise be competitive from a price and best value standpoint exceeds the number at which an efficient competition can be conducted, the CO will limit the number of proposals to be considered, to the greatest number that will permit an efficient competition among the most highly evaluated proposal packages.
