Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Maintenance Agreement Solicitation Number: 36C25018Q9222 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis Stokes VA Medical Center intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency based on proprietary issues and compatibility requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with AvaSure, for a total of four years with the Base Year POP beginning on 5-1-2018 through 4-30-2019. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
