- The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract to a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) - For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold: Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization), on or about April 20, 2018 to Arrow Tech. Cage code: 0BPU2. 1233 Shelbourne Rd. Suite D-8 South Burlington, VT 05403. The requirement is for PRODAS Software Maintenance Renewal. Arrow Tech is the sole provider of PRODAS Software Suite products. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $38.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if received by 12:00 p.m April 18, 2018, shall be considered. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
