- Amendment 01 Change Set Aside from SB to Full and Open and extend Quote Due date to 26 April 2018 by 12:00 pm Noon. NYARNG has a requirement for various tactical vehicles hardtop requirement. Brand Name or Equivalent is acceptable. See attached solicitation for listing of vehicle types and quantity requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Principle NAICS is 336390 and size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is Full and Open Competition. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, which will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
