Description

VHA NCO09 has a requirement to procure a Comprehensive Lead Based Paint Survey of all painted surfaces at the Memphis VAMC, Memphis TN and the development of a Lead Management Plan, including but not limited to developing a survey plan, sampling, preparation of maps, preparing draft report and final report and final infrastructure mapping. All work completed shall comply with VA, City of Memphis, Shelby County, the State of Tennessee and EPA's current regulatory requirements. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on or about April 25, 2018. This date is subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) when proposals are received and for the awardee at time of award to be eligible for award of a contract. All contractors must have an active Vendor Information Pages account (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) reflecting they are currently registered as an SDVOSB.
