The Contracting officer has determined circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. FAR 13.106-1(b) A Formal Justification and approval (J&A) is not required. This Notice furnishes potential offerors a reasonable opportunity to respond to the agency's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis This procurement is for the acquisition of a sole source commercial items using simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.
