- The United States Air Force through Air Force Support Center (AFSC) at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is intending to procure B-2 Collaborative Forecasting Engineering Services of line items cited below for a FFP Requirements Contract. This is a sole source service effort. 1. Estimated issue date and estimated closing/response date issued 02 May 2018, Closes 2 June 2018. 2. RFP# - FA8119-17-R-0024 3. PR# - FD2030-17-02545 4. AMC - R3R-acquire, for the second or subsequently time, directly from the actual manufacturer. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract service from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
