- IC CAE Simulation - HHM402-18-R-0051 Amendment 01 provides the questions and answers. Please note that the deadline to propose is April 23. Q.I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services or if this is a new requirement. If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the contract number? A.The same simulation is presented annually at two seminars. This not a new requirement, but each year there is a new award. Last year's simulation was awarded as a Purchase Order to Pennsylvania State University as HHM402-17-P-0037. Previous simulations were awarded as grants to University of South Florida, HHM402-16-1-0002, and the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, HHM402-15-1-0003. Q.I am not certain what these documents represent as I am from an educational institution. Please explain. A.The posted documents are advertising for a purchase order for the simulation portion of the seminar only. If you all would like to compete for the simulation, please submit a proposal.
