- Cancellation Notice Dear Sir/Madam: The purpose of this amendment is to inform your firm that the subject Request for Quote is hereby cancelled. NO award will be made from this solicitation and the proposal process is hereby terminated. We regret having to take this action and appreciate your interest in supporting the Bureau of Prisons (BOP). We look forward to engaging industry in BOP opportunities and future competitions. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Tucson, Arizona, intends to issue a solicitation for the requirements of - Replacement Boiler Tubes. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about Monday, April 2, 2018, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is April 6, 2018, at 4:00 p.m., MST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offeror is required to complete their presentations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM). The System for Award Management (SAM) is online at www.sam.gov. SAM replaces CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. The point of contact for all information regarding this solicitation is Tammy Coffield, Supervisory Contract Specialist, FCC Tucson, 8901 S.
