- Description
- Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for SPE7MX-18-D-0012 P00001. This modification serves to add on 69 NSNs to contract SPE7MX-18-D-0012. Aviation Devices and Electronic Components LLC* (1NPE1), Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a maximum of $24,180,280 modification (P00001) to a five year contract (SPE7MX-18-D-0012), which is a 3 year base contract with two one-year options for 69 additional NSNs consisting of various types of shielding gaskets, packaging material, and seal replacement part kits. T he modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $24,180,280 from $7,221,293. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Location of performance is Texas with a completion date of April 15, 2023, if all options are exercised. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Please note, all of the approved sources listed may not be the approved sources for all of the project's NSNs. Approved source is: AVIATION DEVICES AND ELECTRONIC (1NPE1).
