- Pre-solicitation Notice / Sources Sought - The US Forest Service R2 Aquisition Managemtn Office will soon issue an RFQ solicitation the requirement listed below. We intend to utilized Simplified Aquisition Procedures to solict and award either a mutiple year purchase order (base + 4 option years) or a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to satisfy this requirement. This is a Total small business set-aside with other set-asides possbile based upon the responses. - Requirement: The White River NF requires annual inspections on approximately 217 fire extinguishers located in the following offices: - - Supervisor's Office, Glenwood Springs, CO - Dillon Ranger District, Silverthorne, CO - Holy Cross Ranger District, Minturn, CO - Eagle Ranger District, Eagle, CO - Sopris Ranger District, Carbondale, CO - Aspen Ranger District, Aspen, CO - Rifle Ranger District, Rifle, CO - Blanco Ranger District, Meeker, CO - These inspections have been previously conducted on an individual office basis using the charge card, but now we want to consolidate them all onto one contract vehicle. - If you are interested in submitting a bid for this procurement action, please email the POC with your contact information, capabilities and DUNS number.
