- ***THIS AMENDMENT UPDATES RETURN DATE ONLY*** THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes as the initiation of market research. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice functions as a RFI for offeror's who can provide relevant input to assist USSOCOM with their mission and mitigate deficiencies within and among the team(s) implementing the technical solutions. USSOCOM intends to modernize information technology infrastructure to accelerate the processing, exploitation and dissemination of geospecific 3D visual, sensor multi-spectral, and AI-enabled synthetic data. Global geospatially accurate correlated environment data repositories support interoperable Special Operations Forces (SOF) distributed mission operations and virtual mission rehearsal via air, ground and under water simulation, joint exercises, and gaming. Applications also support the military decision-making process, analysis, and experimentation at strategic, operational and tactical levels. The government requests information on cloud migration, network infrastructure, hardware, software and algorithmic development and optimization.
