- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager Combat Ammunition Systems (PM-CAS), has awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract modification to Woodlawn Manufacturing, LTD to extend the contract's ordering period in order to acquire additional Canister Metal Parts (MTPS) Assemblies and Canister Base Assemblies for 155mm Illumination Projectiles. An additional 17,974 Canister MTPS Assemblies and 10,304 Canister Base Assemblies will be procured. A Justification and Approval utilizing the authority of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C) Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements was approved on 23 January 2018.
