- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to repair building 2000 in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000 million. Solicitation W911SA-18-B-2010 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set aside. Project magnitude is over $1,000,000 and 5,000,000. Period of Performance will be 300 after the notice to proceed. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 60 days of this pre solicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided with the solicitation once it is issued. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page (fbo.gov) for the future issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
