- 1.0 REQUIREMENT TITLE: Strategic Support Services to support the Director of Acquisition (DfA) 2.0 AGENCY: The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) 3.0 OFFICE: The U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) 4.0 LOCATION: Fort Detrick, Maryland 5.0 SUBJECT: Status of the Strategic Support Services to support DfA requirement 6.0 DISCLAIMER: This notice is issued solely to provide interested parties status on the Strategic Support Services to support the DfA requirement and does not constitute a solicitation. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offers will be considered in response to this notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. At this time, the Government is not accepting questions nor entertaining responses to this notice. 7.0 STATUS: USAMRAA intends to solicit the Strategic Support Services to support DfA requirement on the General Services Administration (GSA) Professional Services Schedule (PSS). The Strategic Support Services to support DfA requirement will be awarded on a competitive basis and set-aside 100% for small businesses. In accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a) (11), the Government does not intend to synopsis this requirement. All interested parties should continue review and prepare to respond to the solicitation notice that will be posted on GSA PSS.
