- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Point Mugu, California, intends to compete a total small business set-aside, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for DLQ-9 shells, trays, and associated hardware, for the Airborne Threat Simulation Organization (ATSO). The DLQ-9 is a carriage system used to house electronic attack components. The contract will include 45 firm fixed price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for shells, trays, and associated hardware, and one FFP CLIN for modification services. Contract award may be made on a First Article Required or First Article Waived basis for the carriage pods. The Government reserves the right to waive First Article for carriage pods that have been previously delivered by an offeror and accepted by the Government within the last two years. A maximum of 10,130 units total of the various supply parts and a maximum of 10,750 hours total of modification services may be ordered over the five-year period of performance. The Government anticipates a December 2018 award. This work is currently being performed by Computer Technology Associates, Inc. under small business set-aside contract N68936-10-D-0041. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The solicitation or Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 7/16/2018. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
