- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) awarded a lease for the following space: 5WA0469-A State: Washington City: Seattle Delineated Area: NORTH: South Atlantic / Edgar Martinez Dr. S to 4 th Avenue to S Massachusetts St from 4 th Avenue to Airport Way S. EAST: Airport Way S to Corson Ave S to S Michigan Street. SOUTH: South Michigan Street from Corson Ave S to E Marginal Way S WEST: E Marginal Way South & Highway 99 (See Map Attached) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,349 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,117 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: · Must be able to store vehicles inside warehouse space; · No janitorial required in rented space; · 15-foot minimum ceiling height. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest must include the following information: · Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; · Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; · Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount (if any); · Date of space availability; · Building ownership information; · Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and · List of building services provided. Delete for procurement summary page. do not use for full and open procurements. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be supportable. Consideration of “non-productive agency downtime” in a CBA should be rare.
