- SYNOPSIS - THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Rsearch being conducted by the Genereal Services Administration (GSA) to identify potential sources and to determine if this effort can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside. The General Services Administration Greater Southwest Region is seeking sources that are capable of performing professional design services of an Architect-Engineer (A/E) Design Firm to design, develop, and provide full design contract documents (drawings and specifications) for a twenty (20) year warrantied, non-proprietary roofing systems to replace the existing roof of the Little Rock Old USPO/Courthouse Building.
