- Market Research Questionnaire Requirements The ND ANG 119 th WG is conducting market research for a requirement for the lease of Heavy Equipment including: 1 (EA) Dozer; 1 (EA) Excavator; 1 (EA) Steel Wheel Roller; 1 (EA) Sheepsfoot Roller; and 1 (EA) Construction Disc w/ 36" discs. In accordance with the requirements, mechanics must be locally available and will respond on site within 24 hours of call.
