This is an Army Identified Critical Safety Item; Contractor First Article Testing applies; Government PLT is required. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. Requested quantity is 2,549 each. Item has QCC of RCP. Requested delivery of 525 days ARO. The solicitation and award will be issued IAW FAR 13.5. Other Than Full and Open Competition, Unrestricted.
