- Kessel Run Software Coding Boot Camp Task Description Kessel Run Software Coding Boot Camp RFQ The Kessel Run Program is a joint effort between the Air Operations Center (AOC) Program Management Office (PMO) and the Targeting and GEOINT PMO. This program is dependent on use of Government (civilian and military) to lead product teams through all phases of the software lifecycle. The Air Force is looking to train government personnel to improve and/or learn new competencies in areas of agile software development to allow for successful leadership and execution of the mission through the use of coding boot camps.
