The Government proposes to acquire, on a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum of quantity of 11 each up to a maximum of 91each of a NOUN: LINK ASSEMBLY, DRIVE; NSN: 1560-01-575-2366; Part Number CE01167D109LGNA applicable to the BL CH-47 Turbine Engine (T55) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 11 each, 208 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to DODAAC W25G1U for NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to PALL AEROPOWER CORPORATION, CAGE CODE (18350). The data needed to acquire this art competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offeror's must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
