- Non-Disclosure Agreement The Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) in support of a U.S. Government Agency, anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP). The purpose of the RFP is to provide managed services including the secure storage, management, distribution, and transportation of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals. FEDSIM plans to solicit for contractor support on the Open Market using FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition, for the storage of Government owned pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and medical equipment. The contractor will provide all necessary expertise, labor, materials, and space to safely and securely, receive, store, stage, kit and prepare for shipment pallets and other containers holding these items. Monthly Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Managed Service Charges will commence after the contractor provides the use of a facility that satisfies ALL requirements and the contractor begins receiving the products for storage/management. The monthly Managed Service Charges shall include any facility modification costs. The contractor will be required to obtain its own financing for any necessary facility modifications. The Government anticipates that the final RFP will be for a total period of five years, structured with a one year base and four one-year optional periods on a FFP basis. The Agency name and geographic location for Site A will be disclosed to all interested offerors that agree, in writing, to keep confidential that location, the Agency's identity, and other sensitive information. Prospective offerors desiring that information should complete and return Attachment A: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) via e-mail to the FEDSIM Contracting Officer, Nydia Roman-Albertorio at nydia.roman-albertorio@gsa.gov and the Contract Specialist, Jane Facchina at jane.facchina@gsa.gov no later than 2:00 pm ET 3 May 2018. This is a requirement for Site A, the same site for RFI under Solicitation # 47QFCA-18-R-0015. If your company had previously submitted and NDA, you are not required to submit a new copy, however you are encourage to communicate your interest for any further information. This is a synopsis. The availability of the full solicitation and all related documents will be posted May 2018 on FedBizOps at https://www.fbo.gov/. All interested offerors are requested to electronically register in order to receive e-mail notification of updates to this solicitation. All Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 493110 the size standard is $27.5 Million.
