- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to William S Hein & Co., Inc., 2350 North Forest Rd, Getzville, NY, 14068-1296 for online access on a single platform to HeinOnline databases. The NAICS code is 519130. The contracting officer has determined that William S Hein & Co., Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The HeinOnline database provides complete sets of the Federal Register from 1936 (updated daily), Code of Federal Regulations from 1925 (updated daily), the U.S. Code from 1925, and more than 1,700 law periodicals which are required by SEC staff. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one (1) base year with four (4) one (1) year options. The total estimated value of this purchase order is below the simplified acquisition threshold. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to William S Hein & Co., Inc. on or about May 18, 2018. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
