Attach the Statement of Work and terms of the RFQ document. 4. Add the Salient Characteristics document as an attachment to the solicitation. 5. Attach Answers to Questions received. 6. Extend the closing date of the solicitation from 4/18/18 at 2PM to 4/24/18 at 2PM. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
