- Class Justification and Approval for Use of Other Than Full and Open Competition/ AN/UYQ-70 (v) NSWC PHD will use other than full and open competition to award one basic ordering agreement (BOA and a class of BOA orders to DRS Laurel Technologies (DRS-LT) of Johnstown, Pennsylvania for in-service legacy lifecycle sustainment of AN/UYQ-70 (V) Advanced Display System (Q70) equipment in support of the Aegis Weapon System (AWS) on Aegis Ticonderoga Class Cruisers, Arleigh Burke Class Destroyers, Allied Aegis ships, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) ships, and Nimitz Class Aircraft Carriers. Authority to act under this Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) expires 31 May 2020.
