Description
1. Estimated issue date is 04 May 2018 and estimated closing/response date is 04 June 2018. 2. RFP #: SPRTA1-18-R-0384 3. PR#: FD2030-18-01743 4. Nomenclature: Programmer, Antenna 5. NSN: 5985-01-180-2117 EK 6. P/N: 759R732G01 7. Application: B-1B 8. AMC: 4R 9. History: 2 each in Dec 2003 from the Boeing Co. 10. Description: LENGTH ( IN ) - 21.400, WIDTH ( IN ) - 15.600, HEIGHT ( IN ) - 14.100, WEIGHT ( LB ) - 62.500. Made of aluminum, eight circuit cards, two power supplies, various electronic components, various retaining hardware. Function - serves as a data interface element internally within the Antenna system and externally between the Antenna and the Common Radar Processor (CoRP). Quantity: 8 each Delivery: 1 each per month beginning 08 Jul 2019 or earlier. Destination: SW3211, Tinker AFB OK 11. Qualified Sources: Northrop Grumman Corp. (CAGE: 97942) 12. Mandatory Language: Surplus material (Gov't New/Unused) MAY be acceptable. A Contract Security Classification Specification may apply. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Only written or faxed request received directly from the requestors are acceptable. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
