36C25018Q9104 Sources Sought Notice Music Educator Therapy Services This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 at 8888 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis Indiana 46240 to identify other sources that are capable of providing all provision of adult music education and adult orchestral services for the completion of the VA-funded projects require the services of an experienced music educator and orchestra conductor for the Melodica Orchestra for Dyspnea (MELODY) and the Participatory Music Program for Homeless Veterans projects. In addition, the Contractor assigned duties will also include: revision of the intervention protocols, data collection, data analysis, and manuscript revision located at the Department of Veteran Affairs: Veterans Health Indiana Center; Research at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202-2803. Vendor must be able to perform services at hundred percent and possess a Bachelor s of Science in Music with at a minimum of 10 years of experience working with a diverse group of individuals, preferably pervious services for veterans. The ideal Vendor shall have had prior music education experience working with adult beginning music students including teaching adult beginner students the violin, viola, piano, and cello; and shall be able to perform basic instrument repair for strings instruments. The expected period of performance is a base period not to exceed five months, plus three (3) options of one (1) year in length, exercisable at the Government s discretion.
