- The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Product Manager Precision Fires and Mortars (PFM) / Product Manager Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS) is seeking potential sources within the United States or Canada that are interested in supplying Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) Chips with GPS Receiver applications compatible with Precision Guided Kit (PGK), with a required delivery date of 1st QTR of USG FY19. All responses to this market survey must be provided in the English language. All interested sources shall provide the following information: a. Detailed description of ASIC product, identifying key components, system capabilities, technology. b. Integrated Milestone Plan detailing all steps necessary to deliver 14,000 ASIC Chips by 1st QTR of USG FY19. This market survey is for information and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). All information received in response to this market survey that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the market survey will not be returned. This market survey is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. Interested sources may obtain the PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT DOCUMENT (PRD), Revision 12, for Precision Guidance Kit (PGK), dated 12 March 2013 upon request and coordination with POC listed below. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (available upon request), a DD2345 - Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, and AMSTA-AR Form 1350, Technical Data Request Questionnaire (available upon request) must be submitted prior to receiving the PRD. The PRD, Rev 12 will be considered Distribution D. Distribution Statement D: DISTRIBUTION AUTHORIZED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AND U.S. DOD CONTRACTORS ONLY.
