- REPLACE HVAC SYSTEM IN DORMITORY WING A The 125th Fighter Wing, Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a solicitation to furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, transportation, supervision, materials, and expertise for the removal and disposition of one (1) Heat Pump and Air Handler Unit. The contractor shall also procure and install one (1) new energy efficient HVAC split system in accordance with the Statement of Work. This new system shall meet building HVAC demands and requirements in addition to current local, state, and national building and energy codes. The project will be 100% set aside for small business under NAICS 238220 with a size standard of $15M. The resulting contract is expected to have a 60 day period of performance. The project site is located at: 131st Training Flight (131 TRF) Dormitory Wing A - Building 4285 Camp Blanding Joint Training Center (CBJTC) 5629 State Road 16 West Starke, FL 32091-9792 The Solicitation will be posted immediately to FBO based on an exception at FAR 52.202 (a) (13). Which states: The proposed contract action- •(i) Is for an amount not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold; •(ii) Will be made through a means that provides access to the notice of proposed contract action through the GPE; and •(iii) Permits the public to respond to the solicitation electronically The official solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business opportunities website located at the following address: https://www.fbo.gov/. The online version of the RFQ will include all the documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. Amendments, if any will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents.
