- Commercial Clauses Forklift Schedule This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # N4523A1829281 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 dated 24 January 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 532490 (Other Commercial & Industrial Machinery & Equipment Rental and Leasing), with a Business Size Standard of $32,500,000.00. The Product Service Code Class is W039 (Lease / Rental of Equipment - Material Handling Equipment). The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS) Contracting Office has a requirement for Forklift Rental for the movement of materials throughout the shipyard, such as through buildings, along piers and down in dry docks for PSNS & IMF, Bremerton, WA for a firm fixed price single award contract (FFP). The Estimated Period of Performance is as follows: 5/2/2018 through 5/1/2019 (12 months) System for Award Management (SAM ). Offerors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.
