- Statement of Work (Draft) RFI N00173-18-SV-008 N00173-18-SV008 - SPACECRAFT ENGINEERING, SOFTWARE, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Contact Information Steven Vandercook, e-mail steven.vandercook@nrl.navy.mil and phone 202-404-2407. Important Dates RFI submissions are due no later than May 4, 2018 at 5:00PM EDT. Special Notice This is neither a request for formal Request for Proposals (RFP) nor for quotes. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with the development and submission of materials in response to this request. There is no solicitation available at this time. However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against NRL shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought notice or NRL's use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement. Objective The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential sources that are capable of meeting the requirement described in the attached draft statement of work (SOW). CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: Contact Information a) Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) b)Telephone Number, Fax Number, Address and e-mail address of POC c) Business Size and number of employees d) Suggested NAICS code for this effort Technical Information a) List of capabilities/resources relevant to the attached draft SOW. b) A list of job titles and qualifications the contractor suggests for this effort. Pricing and Schedule Information NRL is requesting interested contractors to provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate of costs. Past Performance Information Please provide in the response a list of Navy, DoD, or Federal contracts supported during the past 36 months with a brief description of the supply or service provided per each contract. Only list contracts similar to the requirement herein. Assumptions Please provide a list of assumptions, if any, which were considered in formulating the response. Submission of Information It is requested that the above information be provided no later than May 4, 2018 at 5:00PM EDT. Responses may be e-mailed to steven.vandercook@nrl.navy.mil.
