Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requires Apparel Consultant Services for the interpretation, development and production of United States Navy female uniforms in accordance with the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) attached. This is a sources sought announcement only. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This effort is to seek out qualified sources (large or small) capable of providing the services mentioned above. Interested vendors capable of satisfying all the services required within their own company are encouraged to respond to this notice by 04 May 2018. The submission of information is for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided form any response to this announcement. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated. The following key information is requested: 1. Business Size and status of your company 2. Suggested North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 3. Have you performed the same or similar work in the past? 4. Have you managed a contract of this nature? 5. What are your specific technical skills that will ensure your capability to perform the requirement in its entirety? 6. Do you have the equipment, facility and personnel to provide the services sought? 7. Will you be able to conduct all aspects of the process within your own company for effective implementation from start to finish, without outsourcing each phase to different entities?
