This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. a. Solicitation Number: FA8307-16-R-0068, is issued as a RFQ. b. The solicitation and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, dated January 24, 2018. c. This requirement will be a 100% Set-Aside Small Business award and the associated NAICS code is: 335911 and the small business size standard is: 1,250. 2.
