- Limited Source Document The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for access to Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) data to verify physician license status and summary disciplinary information in a real-time manner. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to the FSMB. RFI DJD-17-N-0016 was conducted on FedBizOps for this requirement, and FSMB was determined to be the only vendor who could meet DEA's specified critical data and electronic requirements. A limited source document is approved and on file. Responses shall be submitted to karl.s.pabst@usdoj.gov no later than 12:00pm EST on May 1, 2018.
