- sole source PDF Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.106-1(b)- Soliciting From A Single Source and FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Kentucky Air National Guard Special Tactics Squadron, 1101 Grade lane Louisville, KY 40213 has a requirement to procure the following items: Line Item 0001:Vigil II Military Custom 07 QTY 4 EACH The 123rd KYANG has a Sole Source requirement to purchase Vigil Military parachute automatic activation device (AAD) QTY 4 Each. This is a safety device required in all military parachutes and are an addition to current inventory of Vigil AAD's currently in use. Vigil America, INC. 1400 Flight Line Blvd DeLand, FL 32724 is the sole supplier for the Vigil Military parachute AAD. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 9:00 AM Eastern Time, Tuesday, May 8th, 2018. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
