- Sources Sought Market Research Form This Sources Sought / Market Survey Questionnaire is posted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for providing design build construction services for the renovation of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) that meets security standards ICD/ICS 705. Additionally, this notice is to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. Depending on the response to this notice and other market research, 355 CONS may limit the competition to a specific category of small businesses at the exclusion of all other potential business concerns. If adequate responses are not received from the previously mentioned concerns, the acquisition may be solicited on an unrestricted basis. We are seeking to identify contractors to perform construction work for the following disciplines: Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Utilities, and Communications. Contractors responding to this Sources Sought / Market Survey Questionnaire are placed on notice that responses to this notice may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government WILL NOT reimburse participants for any expenses associated with participation in this Sources Sought / Market Survey Questionnaire. This is NOT a solicitation. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced at a later date and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 236220 which has a corresponding Size standard of $36,500,000.00. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code.
