- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: IN City / County Delphi / Carroll County Delineated Area: North : Intersection of 700 West and 585 North, heading east on 500 North, heading southeast on 50 East to 450 North, heading northeast on 225 East to 500 North East : Intersection of 500 North and 300 East, heading southeast to State Road 218 to 325 East, heading south to 300 East South: 400 South West : Intersection of 400 South and 900 West, heading northeast to Stare Road 25, heading northwest to US 421, heading northeast to 700 West Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,182 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 3,924 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): The greater of local code or 37 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): The greater of local code or 36 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 space Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Two (2) years with 120 day termination option at any time. If the Government terminates the lease before Tenant Improvements (TI) are paid off, the Government will pay the remaining TI balance at the time of lease termination. Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: · Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered and rate per RSF, floor plans and contact information of authorized representative. · Class A or B Space · <img src="file:///C:/Users/tiara/AppData/Local/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" alt="" width="9" height="9" /> Contiguous, above ground, space preferred. · All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date · In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. · Reference project number: 18-015-18 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
