- Description
- The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the upcoming solicitation 18-233-SOL-00347: PSC Acquisition Management Support for Assisted Acquisitions. This requirement will acquire qualified personnel to perform all non-inherently governmental pre-ward and post-award tasks necessary to award and administer purchase/delivery task orders, blanket purchase agreements, contracts, and interagency agreements in support of Program Support Center (PSC), Acquisition Management Services (AMS) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to conduct assisted acquisitions for its external customers. This is a commercial requirement and is being competed as an 8(a) set-aside. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to 8(a) participants in either the developmental stage or the developmental and transitional stages. For interested 8(a) participants, the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon Small Business Administration (SBA) acceptance of the requirement for the section 8(a) program. Duration of Contract Period: This contract is anticipated to be a five(5) year award with a 12-month base period and four(4) 12-month option periods.
