- Film Labs may add additional services to Price list -- see details in file. Clarification on Submission of Prices Film Labs responding to this solicitation should indicate all the services they wish to offer the Library for the type of work described in Section C. The Library recognizes that each film preservation lab has unique strengths, and the objective is to have a complete list of services and prices available from each film lab in any IDIQ contract that is awarded. Subsequent task orders will be limited to those services and prices that are listed in each contract at the time of award. Offerors must use the Attachment 1 Services and Price List as their primary pricing vehicle. Items in yellow lines are required of all offerors, and the Library will compare the 3-year prices in the yellow lines when establishing the competitive range in the proposal evaluation process. Additionally, offerors may elect to submit supplemental services that are not currently on the Attachment I List. Each supplemental service line should clearly indicate the unit of measure for that item and its 3-year pricing. If a contract is awarded to a film lab which has submitted supplemental services, any of those supplemental items which are approved by the Library may be included in the IDIQ contract for that lab.
