- SF30 70Z085-18-Q-P45A1200-A0002 Updated work specification Amended A0002 to updated specification to REV-2 WI 001: Hull Plating (Side Scan), Ultrasonic Testing - 3.3.2 Changed "Accomplish all required tasks within 10 calendar days of the start of the availability to "Accomplish all required tasks within 15 calendar days of the start of the availability" WI 002: Gripes, Binders and Jacks (Loose Running Gear), Inspect and Test Paragraph 3.2. : Part of the paragraph was missing (cut off) due to an application error /. APM Completed paragraph as required / Listed Std. Spec 7400 was a "Typo", changed to Std Spec 0740 WI 062: Both Main Diesel Engine Mounts, Renewal Engine mounts and Flex Coupling elements are "GFE" MDE Serial numbers are not listed in the spec. (See below) #1 MDE 3HM00010 / 120-6700 #2 MDE 9WN00010 / 120-6701 Amended A0001 to extend the response date to April 30, 2018. Attachments 1 & 2 have been updated Specificaiton is now revision 2 and to provide responses to questions. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary facilities, labor, materials, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, special tools and such other things as are necessary to perform various Dry Dock Repairs of the USCGC WILLIAM TATE (WLM 560), a Buoy Tender, all in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached specification. See Attachment 2. Scope of services shall include ship repair and associated support work, and may include work that is not currently listed as Definite Items. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract solicited under FAR PART 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, subject to availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The performance period for this requirement is 24 July 2018 through 02 Oct 2018. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The place of performance is the contractor's proposed drydock facility. No geographical restriction applies. CUTTER'S HOMEPORT: Philadelphia, PA QUESTIONS: It is strongly encouraged to submit questions regarding this solicitation by April 16, at 1:00 PM PDT.
