- Redacted Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition GSA has executed a lease for 15 years, 10 years firm on December 1, 2016 for 17,272 RS (13,900 ABOA SF) for the SSA OHO in Pasadena, CA. After award a requirement for a total of 20,707 RSF (16,555 ABOA SF) arose, which is being handled by this expansion. The lease was awarded to CPUS Pasadena LP, a Delaware Limited Partnership. The Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $1,001,597.59.
